The Design & Drafting division of OPM has been set up to meet the needs of our clients technical needs and desires. With the aid of our sophisticated Computer programs such as Inventor, AutoCAD and Caddsman, a complete set of worked drawings can be supplied before the project commences. This helps immensely in the areas of error elimination and client expectations.
The Fabrication Department is set up with equipment such as Guillotine, 120ton brake press, plate rollers, sectional rollers, optical eye plasma & oxy cutting, cold saws and horizontal band saw.
We also supply laser cut components to complement our range. OPM can install the products that they manufacture and have guillotines, benders and other industrial machinery that are transportable, which provides an efficient onsite service.
The company has a range of trucks from 1 ton to 8 ton.
OPM has a well equipped machine shop with lathes, mills, radial arm drill that can cater for most turning, boring, machining and drilling needs.
Our highly trained fitter/machinists have years of experience in the engineering field, which helps OPM maintain a high level of product quality on every project.
